A Critical Appraisal of The Kyoto Climate Change Regime

Abstract

This paper does not simply x-ray the Kyoto Protocol document. It also examines in practical terms the climate change regime under the Kyoto Protocol to the Framework Convention on Climate Change two decades after. It evaluates the Kyoto Years, the varying responses to the Kyoto Climate Change Regime as well as the Kyoto flexibility mechanism albeit whether or not the Kyoto Climate Change Regime has achieved its set objectives.
