The NIGERIAN LAW AND PRACTICE JOURNAL (NLPJ), a peer-reviewed, google scholar indexed bi-annual (May and December – Online (NLS Website) and in-Print) publication of the Nigerian Law School, invites original, scholarly contributions from legal practitioners, academics, judicial officers, and advanced postgraduate students whose work demonstrates practical relevance and scholarly depth. NLPJ welcomes rigorous research that speaks to both academic discourse and real-world legal challenges in Nigeria and beyond, around the following thematic clusters: Contemporary Practice Challenges, Technology and the Legal Profession, Emerging Substantive Areas, Legal Education and Professional Development, Constitutional and Governance Issues and Cross-Border Practice.
